Help Us Write the Next Chapter!

While we don’t have any immediate staff openings, we are actively building a roster of Workshop Leaders and Program Facilitators to join our talent pool.

Because much of our work is fueled by specific grant projects and community partnerships, we often look for creative facilitators on a project-by-project basis. Specifically, we look for facilitators who are:

• Experienced in working with children and youth

• Based in Victoria, BC or surrounding communities

• Skilled in fostering a safe, inclusive, and imaginative environment.

• Flexible and ready to jump into short-term or project-specific roles.
