For $33 a month you can sponsor one child’s writing workshop and book production each month!

Come be part of our movement by supporting a child’s writing and bookmaking workshop every month. Every month we go into a local school and provide a three-part writing workshop and individualized books for kids aged kindergarten to grade 8. You will receive a recognition certificate and be sent examples of children’s stories.

For $600 you can sponsor a classroom.

Become a community partner

We depend on key community partners to make our program sustainable. This is an exciting way to ensure kids continue to have access to creative writing and see themselves in print! We are planning to offer writing workshops and individualized books to a minimum of 1200 students in at least 10 different schools during the 2013/2014 school year. Help us make that happen!

Come be part of a our team!

The Story Studio is looking for writers, educators, typists, students, editors, parents, caregivers to help grow our organization! We welcome volunteers into the studio to help with transcription and work individually with students to offer feedback on writing.

Whether it is for a couple hours a month, or a couple hours a week we are so appreciative of any help you might be willing to offer.We graciously thank many volunteers who commit their time in classrooms and typing all the amazing stories we are privileged to hear.
